Refund policy

At NEESH, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our premium perfumes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or replacement, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms & Conditions for Returns:

1) Eligibility:

• The return policy is applicable only to first-time orders of 50ml and 100ml perfumes.
• You can return or replace a maximum of one unit within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• If you opt for a replacement, you may choose any other 50ml or 100ml perfume bottle. Other SKUs are not eligible for replacement.

2) Packaging Condition:

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if the packaging (including the outer carton box) is discarded or damaged. The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging.

3) Usage Limit:

For both 50ml and 100ml bottles, if the product has been used beyond 10 sprays or 2ml (whichever is less), your return request will not be honored. NEESH reserves the right to make the final decision regarding usage.

Procedure to Raise a Return Request:

1) To initiate a return, please send an email to support@neeshperfumes.com with the subject line: Wish to Return My Order [Order ID].

2) Attach the following required images of the perfume bottle and the brand packaging for review:

• A front shot of the standing bottle showing the juice level.
• Images of the brand packaging.
• An image of the outer corrugated box.

(Note: If any packaging is incomplete or missing, your return request may be rejected.)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the next steps.
